For after hours allergy assistance, call the Camino Medical Group main operator at 408-739-6000 or 650-934-7000 and ask to have the allergy physician paged.

For all life-threatening emergencies, dial 911.

When to Call a Doctor

If you are experiencing shortness of breath, any major shot reaction or allergic emergency, call a physician immediately. If at anytime you are in a life-threatening situation, dial 911.

What to Do If You Are Having a Reaction

If a delayed reaction occurs -- take a liquid antihistamine and come back to the Allergy Department if it is still open. If it is after hours, take the antihistamine. If your reaction symptoms are mild, page the allergy physician on call. If you are having breathing problems, go directly to the Urgent Care Center located at 701 E. El Camino Real, Mountain View, your local emergency room for treatment or dial 911.
