To schedule an appointment, please call 650-934-7916 during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and have your chart number available. Please relay as much information as possible concerning your hearing problem to the receptionist.

If you have any questions or concerns that do not require an appointment, please leave a message for an audiologist by calling 650-934-7916. A member of the audiologist staff will return your call the same day, but you may need to wait for a response.

If it is an urgent problem, please let the receptionist know when you leave your message. Same day appointments will be made by the receptionist for urgent audiology problems.
