Healthy Skin

This class teaches the basics of daily skin care. Our dermatology specialist discusses the importance of sunblock and sun protection. Product recommendations are given and common skin conditions are briefly discussed. Special attention is paid to the aging process.

Teen Skin Care

A workshop for both boys and girls designed to help devise a skin care routine that leads to a lifetime of healthy skin. Instructor covers acne, shaving, sun protection and makeup. Time is available for questions. Product recommendations are given.

Mind-Body Stress Management

Based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, this three-week session introduces mindful awareness and stretching to balance work, family and life issues. Fee includes class materials and CD.
