Weight Management Classes
LIFESTEPS® Weight Management Program
This is a 14-week group weight management program that combines goal setting, low-fat meal planning and adding activity to your daily routine to make lasting lifestyle changes. Weekly food journals are kept and shared with your instructor, a registered dietitian, to further target the program to your individual needs. The first session is a 20-minute, individual appointment with the instructor.
TIME: Tuesday or Thursday sessions, 6 - 7:15 p.m.

LIFESTEPS® Maintenance Program
The program requires an initial three-month commitment. This is an on-going program that runs year round and is open to anyone who has completed the Lifesteps® Weight Management Program. For three weeks of the month, the group meets weekly for an hour. The fourth monthly meeting is an individual follow-up with the instructor.
TIME: Tuesdays or Thursdays, 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
FEE: $180 for 3 months (prepaid)

HMR® Weight Management
This is a research-based, medically supervised weight management program designed for those ages 16 and up who would like to lose between 10 and 200 or more pounds. There are three different diet options with weekly health behavior classes to promote lifelong weight management. A self-directed weight loss program to do on your own and a long-term weight maintenance program are also available.
