Enhanced HMR Web Site

Since 1989, Camino Medical Group’s (CMG) HMR Weight Management Program has helped thousands of people lose weight while learning the skills needed for long-term weight maintenance. CMG’s HMR Web site was recently enhanced to include a list of the many food products and diet kits that are available. As a result, participants can now purchase these HMR products online using most major credit cards and PayPal.

The HMR Management Program emphasizes skills and behaviors needed to live a healthier, more active life. HMR offers three diet options, based on the amount of weight a participant would like to lose, including HMR at Home™, a self-directed program in which participants follow the Healthy Solutions® diet on their own, without attending CMG’s on-site program.
