To schedule an appointment, please call 650-404-8240 during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and have your chart number available. We are open for phone calls and scheduled appointments during lunchtime.

How to Get a Referral

You must get a referral to plastic surgery from your primary care physician. If your primary care physician feels the issue is relevant for a plastic surgery consultation, he or she will send a referral to the Plastic Surgery Department. Patients may self-refer for cosmetic procedures.

All cosmetic self-referral procedures will be paid for at the time of service.
