When to Call the Doctor
If you have a question or concern that does not require an appointment, please call during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your physician will try to get back to you on the same day, but you may need to wait for a response.
If it is an urgent problem, please let the receptionist know when you leave your message. Same-day appointments will be made by the receptionist for urgent medical problems.

- For questions regarding your foot and ankle care
In the event of an urgent issue after office hours, call the main operator at 650-934-7000 and have the physician on call paged.
